Christmas FHE Exchange Reminder

Family Home Evening Kit - Guidelines Sheet
http://lds.about.com/library/bl/fhe/blfhe_groups.htm
The whole idea is for each person to pick a topic and make 5 sets of the lesson material to be distributed as family gifts at Christmas. All materials should be cut, colored, and laminated so that they are ready to go. Each lesson should include:
1) Lesson Outline One page listing …
i) 1)Objective; 2) Opening Song; 3) Opening Prayer; 4) Scripture; 5) Lesson; 6) Closing Song; 7) Closing Prayer; 8) Activity; 9) Refreshments:
2) Story/Lesson
Choose any Lesson that would be good for family night. Each lesson should include:
story with visual aids
handouts
game or activity of some kind (get creative with this and remember that this may be the most memorable part for the kids ie. card games, puzzles, scavenger hunts, etc.)
Copy all parts onto cardstock and color and laminate them. Lamination may be time consuming and a little costly but it is a must to insure good quality and durability.

3) Include a scripture reference poster, treat suggestion (including recipe), and a song copied with words and music and of course…laminated.
4) Please include one set of black and white originals to the lesson items so that they may be reproduced should pieces get lost or destroyed.
Bag each lesson in 10*13 Manila Folder -- very handy to grab on the fly. Then send them out at Christmas too!!!
